Kristen, Dental Assistant for Dr. Patrick Ousborne
Kristen began her career as a dental assistant in 2007 and has been with our practice since 2012. She is a graduate of York County School of Technology’s Dental Assisting Program. She maintains her x-ray certification and dental assisting license by meeting the Maryland Continuing Education requirements annually. She is also well versed in Itero and Cerec procedures as well as all aspects of restorative dentistry.
Kristen lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, Eric, and their son, Landon. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and enjoys spending time outside with their dog, Roxy.

Michele has over 12 years of both clinical and administrative experience in dentistry. She completed her Dental Assistant training at Harford Community College. Michele currently holds a Maryland Dental Radiation Technologist license along with a Maryland QDA license, national CDA license, and is certified in Infection Control.
Michele lives in Bel Air, MD with her husband Tim, son Dylan and daughter Sydney. She loves spending time at her home in Bethany Beach and frequenting Walt Disney World.

Amie has been in the dental industry for 22 years and has extensive experience in both dental assisting and administrative tasks. She was born and raised in Baltimore County and now resides in Perry Hall.
When she isn’t busy caring for our patients, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Matthew, and their blended family of five children: John, Emma, Henry, Ben, and Mateo. During the warmer months, they enjoy going to the beach and in the winter you will find them snowboarding on the Pennsylvania slopes.
Jenn, Dental Assistant for Dr. Rikki Esterson
Jenn has been a Dental Assistant since 1995 and has been with our practice since 2005. She graduated from Howard Community College and has extensive experience in Orthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, and Dental Implant Surgery. She has certifications in Dental Assisting, Dental Radiography, Invisalign, and Six Months Smiles.
Jenn lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and children. They are a very active family who enjoys staying fit and healthy through exercise, sports, and family vacation adventures. When not in the office she may be found supporting her children on the sideline at a soccer game, field hockey game, or lacrosse game. She also enjoys spending time with her Silver Lab, Piper.

Laura, Dental Assistant for Dr. Patrick Ousborne
Laura has been a dental assistant since 1980 and has been with this practice since 1988. During her time here she has had extensive training in aesthetic dentistry and smile design, as well as digital photography and radiography.
Laura is well versed in Zoom Whitening, has completed numerous computer software training programs including Practice Works, Dentrix, iTero, and Cerec. She maintains her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification and X-Ray Certification through participation in multiple Continuing Education Seminars annually and has had the opportunity to hear speakers from all over the world discuss state-of-the-art dental techniques.
Laura lives in Baltimore with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family, walking, Xpose, reading, gardening, and baking.

Alison, Dental Assistant for Dr. Rikki Esterson
Alison started her career in dentistry in 2013. She is a licensed Radiation Technologist.
Alison is from Kingsville, Maryland. In her free time, she enjoys camping with her husband and two daughters. They have a six month old labradoodle named Lucy that keeps them entertained and busy.

Kim, Dental Hygienist
Kim joined the practice in June 2015 and has already gathered a loyal following of patients. She received her degree in Dental Hygiene from CCBC in 2012 and since acquired her Local Anesthesia Certification-qualifying her to administer local anesthesia via oral injection.
She holds a joint degree in Mortuary Science and works part-time for Ruck Funeral Homes. Kim attends multiple continuing education seminars annually – always exceeding the required number of hours. She excels at patient education about the oral-systemic link and has a keen interest in Periodontics.
When she is not working to exceed patient expectations in our office, Kim enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling. She resides in the Essex area with her husband and rescue dogs, Sheldon and Griffey.
Sharon, Dental Hygienist
Sharon has 32 years of dental experience as a dental assistant and a dental hygienist. Sharon currently holds her Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Maryland and Pennsylvania. She maintains her license by staying updated in the most current health care research.
Sharon lives in southern Pennsylvania with her husband and her mother. She has two grown children and five grandchildren. Sharon and her husband enjoy seeing their children and grandchildren as often as they can. She enjoys gardening, hiking, and exploring the United States and the world.
Veronica, Hygiene Coordinator

Veronica started her career in dentistry in 2009. Veronica has experience in clinical as well as administrative dentistry.
Veronica lives in Nottingham, Maryland. When not if the office, you can often find her and her husband cheering for their son playing baseball and watching their daughter perform in dance. She also has 2 very loveable dachshunds.
